At Bechna, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users, including our valued sellers. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a subscription or request a refund. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
Subscription Cancellation:
- Sellers can cancel their subscription plan at any time by accessing their account settings within the Bechna app.
- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Sellers will continue to have access to the features and benefits of their chosen plan until the end of this period.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation. However, sellers will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Bechna in accordance with the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue or platform error prevents sellers from accessing or utilizing essential features of the Bechna app, a refund may be granted upon verification by our support team.
- Service Disruption: In the event of a service disruption or downtime that significantly impacts the ability of sellers to conduct business on the Bechna platform, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Plan Downgrade: If a seller downgrades to a lower-priced subscription plan within the same billing cycle, a pro-rated refund for the price difference may be issued.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the issue or occurrence prompting the request. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
